BUILDING USAGE

FOR MEMBERS ONLY:

To reserve the conference room for personal use, contact Shari Boyd at 360-425-8900. 

Active and retired members of the Council may use the conference area for meetings, showers, small events, etc. at no charge.

USAGE RULES:

• Take out all garbage to dumpster (conference room, kitchen & bathrooms)
• Make sure all garbage cans are empty.
• Kitchen Area:  all counter tops wiped down and dishes washed and put away.  If the coffee pot was used, please wash out and dry. 
• If anything is accidentally broken, please report it to Shari Boyd.
• If you leave after normal business hours, please secure the building and set the alarm as you exit.  Shari will give you the code and directions where the building key is to go.
