1) Upon being hired, you should thoroughly read your Collective Bargaining Agreement. These can be located on most district websites.
2) If you are being disciplined or your collective bargaining right(s) have been violated, contact your Building Rep or your Local President. Your Local President will then contact Roy Maier, UniServ Rep, who will work directly with you and your President to assure that the issue is resolved.
3) If Roy cannot get the issue resolved, he will then contact our WEA Legal Staff in Federal Way.
